Meet the Team

The Girls (and Boy) of Our Dreams. At She for She, we are more than just a workplace — we are a family. We currently have 12 employees. Six are with us every single day, while the others join when we have large orders or busy seasons.

Joyce

Our manager

Joyce is a proud single mother to her daughter, and the backbone of She for She. She has been with us since the very beginning and has grown into her role as our manager with incredible dedication. She is the power behind the team — leading with wisdom, care, and an unstoppable drive to make sure no girl is left behind because of her period.

Doreen

Doren

Our Right Hand

Doreen is a mother of three, and has also been part of She for She since the very start. When Joyce is away, Doreen steps in as overseer, ensuring production runs smoothly. Her reliability and leadership make her an anchor for the entire team, balancing motherhood with her commitment to empowering other women.

Anna

The Youngest on the Team

Anna recently graduated and began her career with She for She. She brings youthful energy, fresh ideas, and a bright spirit into our workshop. Anna represents the future of She for She — young women leading the way toward sustainable change.

Phillip

The Only Man on the Team

Phillip is not only the only man in our company but also a dedicated father. He has been with She for She since day one, showing that menstrual health is not only a women’s issue but a community issue. Phillip is proof that when men stand with women, change happens faster. His hands, energy, and heart are deeply woven into every pad we produce.

Investing in women is one of the most effective means of increasing equality and sustainable growth. Women tend to reinvest more in their families and communities, creating wide-reaching benefits. Yet they face greater disadvantages than men due to legal barriers, cultural norms, limited mobility, and unequal domestic burdens.
