Philip

 

Philip Ochowo Johns is 23 years old and has no children. Philip started sewing in 2014 at Kapchorwa Business Technical Institute where he got a one year certificate. He is now able to sew several clothing items such as trousers; shirts, casual wear, and office wear as well as nurses uniforms among others.

His best dishes are kali, matooke, Irish potatoes, meat, beans and fish. Philip would like “She for She” to expand as fast as possible so as to recruit more workers. He says he would also like She for She to get its own premises so as to avoid spending a lot of money on rent.

Philip loves “She for She” because it has made his life better.
